Milk is an English radio producer and presenter of The Garage radio show and the founder of Milk Records, an independent record shop and cultural platform based in Santarém, Portugal.

The Garage is part of the @ive_been_milk discovery platform, which reaches over 2 million views per month on Instagram, highlighting new underground artists from across global punk, post-punk, indie and alternative scenes.

The show blends music discovery, artist interviews, curated selections and cultural commentary, with a strong emphasis on underground scenes and independent voices.
